Transcripts, Leaving Certificates and Recommendations
For Transcripts, Leaving Certificates, and Letter of Recommendations, parents are to write directly to the Principal.
The school will only issue ONE Transcript and ONE letter of recommendation to each student. Students who apply for more than one institution, will have to send certified photo copies of the original transcripts and recommendation letter.
To certify photocopies, original documents are to be presented to the Career office. Maximum 10 copies for each document will be handled.
If the school is to send certified copies to an overseas institution, mailing addressed and instructions are to be specified clearly in the request.
When applying for ovrseas studies (except for the application of UCAS), students are reminded to
(i) apply using their full name as registered with the school.
(ii) submit all requests for school references to the Principal, email address: [email protected]
Procedures for applying for a letter of recommendation:
(i) Write directly to the Principal.
(ii) Obtain a [C/R Form] from the Careers office.
(iii) Completed froms and photocopies of relevant certificates and report cards are to be returned to the Careers office.
(iv) Normaily five working days should be allowed for processing upon receipt of all requred documents.
Letters of Recommendation will only be issued to students who have completed at least one full year of study in the school.
F.6 students who are asked to produce predicted grades in HKDSE Exam are to write directly to the Principal stating the purpose of such request. Normally three working days should be allowed for processing.
F.6 Students who apply for UCAS are recommended to find a teacher who knows him best as his academic referee. In normal circumstances, the Principal will not act as an academic referee.
F.1 students who apply for overseas schools before the end of academic year will ONLY be issued with Leaving Certificates.

A simple document showing the period of time a student studied in the school.
A document stating a student has completed the school requirements for F.6, issued to eligible F.6 students only.
Letter of Recommendation
A letter assessing a student’s character and conduct, and performance in academic and ECA.
