On 15th May 2025, our school Staff Development Team convened for a fruitful Professional Development (PD) Programme at the Senior Common Room, The University of Hong Kong (HKU), recognized as one of Hong Kong’s most esteemed venues. We were deeply privileged to conduct our PD in such an inspiring environment, complemented by the stunning views of Victoria Harbour, which served to broaden our perspectives.
Our first session, titled “Insights on Lasallian Educational Mission in a Global Context,” was delivered by Br. Edmon. The expansive view from the Senior Common Room symbolized the importance of maintaining a broad vision and an open mind as we continue to promote the Lasallian mission on a global scale.
The second session involved engaging and thoughtful discussions within our academic panels and pastoral teams. These discussions centered on our three major concerns for the upcoming new development cycle.
Conducting our PD at HKU reflects our dedication to achieving excellence while reaffirming our commitment to nurturing and preparing students for their futures.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Old Boys’ Association (OBA) for their generous sponsorship of our Feast Day lunch and to Dr. Daniel Wong for his invaluable support in securing such a prestigious venue.
With renewed insight and purpose, we continue to move forward together!
