I would like to inform our Members that all ballots and proxy forms cast for the 3 resolutions have been sealed and would be safekept by the Administrator for a month from the date of the AGM, during which no one (including the Committee) can access or inspect the ballots and the proxy forms. Unless there are any written challenges or disputes raised to the Returning Officer regarding the AGM on or before 12 August 2025, the Administrator will
destroy the ballots and the proxy forms. No hard copy or electronic copy will be kept.
The Association and I would like to express our gratitude to the School and all volunteer helpers for their support and kind assistance. Thank you very much to every Member who a ended and voted at the AGM. Your participation in the Association is what makes us something more.
