Huge congratulations to M. Rivera (F.4) on winning the first-ever Grand Prize of the Consulate General of France!

Matthew did a fantastic job representing La Salle College, standing out for his expressive and engaging reading of an extract from the timeless classic The Little Prince. He received his award at the consulate on 4th June 2026 alongside champions from 11 other schools.

This new competition was launched by the organisers to honour a top student from each school and celebrate their achievements. Events like this show just how fun and rewarding learning French can be.

We are incredibly proud of Matthew for being such a wonderful ambassador for our school. Félicitations!
