Congratulations to J. Xia (F.5) on receiving the Gold Award of the HKAYP, presented by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, Mr. John Lee Ka Chiu. Xia is one of the only 87 Gold Award recipients in 2025.

To earn this prestigious honour, participants must complete five demanding sections: Service, Skills, Physical Recreation, Adventurous Journey, and Residential Project. Xia contributed over 100 hours of volunteer service, both within the school and in the wider community. He also successfully completed a 4-day, 3-night assessed Adventurous Journey, which tested participants’ teamwork, resilience, navigation, and outdoor survival skills in a challenging environment.

His caring spirit and perseverance throughout the programme are truly commendable!
