On 16th January, we held a Professional Development workshop led by Dr. Ho Sai Mun, focusing on Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) in the 21st-century AI era. As SRL is one of the school’s Major Concerns this year, this session was pivotal in aligning our teaching practices with our strategic development goals.

Dr. Ho guided our staff through the core principles of SRL and demonstrated efficient practices for integrating AI tools to enhance these methodologies in the classroom. The session also emphasized the importance of collaborative lesson planning to foster professional growth among educators. We remain committed to providing ongoing support and training in this area, as we believe mastering self-regulated learning is essential for empowering our students in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
