The 1st Lasallian East District (LEAD) International Ecocamp 2025 was held at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction in Silang, Philippines, from November 12-15, 2025. This inspiring event brought together delegates from the Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, united by their shared commitment to environmental sustainability and climate action.

The Ecocamp aimed to empower participants to become advocates for sustainability within their own communities. Through interactive workshops, engaging sessions, and meaningful discussions, Lasallian youth explored the vital connections between environmental protection, social justice, equity, and spiritual wisdom.

Representing Hong Kong were H. Chan (F.5B), S. Lau (F.5C), A. Chung (F.4F), T. Wan (F.4F), and Ms. Sina Lo. This transformative experience challenged them to address local issues and live out the Lasallian mission by actively caring for the environment and fostering justice. Together, they demonstrated that the future of our planet depends on responsible and united action.
