We are proud to announce that D. Chan (F.5) and J. Jin (F.5) have made significant strides in medical research through their participation in the “Budding Medical and Health Researcher Program” organized by HKUMed. Under the expert guidance of Prof. Joshua Ho, they authored the paper “Can large language models perform systematic reviews?” which was accepted for poster presentation at the “Hong Kong College of Community Medicine Annual Scientific Meeting 2025.”

Their participation was sponsored by HKUMed, allowing them to engage in vital discussions about AI applications in medical settings. Prof. Chung Pui Hong recognized their contributions and may invite them to future activities. Additionally, due to Daniel’s exceptional performance, he has been nominated to join the prestigious Nobel Week Tour, fully sponsored by HKU.
