On 14th May, we came together to celebrate the Feast Day Mass in honour of St. John Baptist de La Salle, recognising his significant contributions to education as the founder of the Institute of the Brothers of Christian Schools. We honour his legacy and dedicate ourselves to continuing his work in educating children and youth.
Together, let us offer our prayers. Heavenly Father, You called St. John Baptist de La Salle to lead the mission of Christian education for young people. His efforts have inspired countless educators, who are passionate about nurturing the next generation, not only within the confines of schools but in all aspects of life. Moved by St. John Baptist de La Salle’s example, we endeavour to embody wisdom, kindness, and insight. We pray for Your guidance to faithfully follow his footsteps, emulating Your Son, Jesus Christ, who reigns forever. St. John Baptist de La Salle, pray for us. Live Jesus in our hearts, forever.
