Last Friday, our teachers took a break from the routine school work to listen to the needs of our body and mind. During the morning session, we engaged in a self-healing activity by creating our own textured art. In the afternoon, many of us had the opportunity to try something new by participating in various activities for greater exposure and enrichment.

Teachers visited the Hong Kong Palace Museum, enjoyed rowing, and tried archery, enhancing mindfulness and teamwork. Others played pickleball and fencing for fun and fitness, while some expressed their creativity in a coffee art session. This refreshing experience fostered personal growth and connection, prioritizing well-being among our dedicated educators.
