S1 Registration Notice
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to remind you of the required documents and information for the upcoming S1 (Form 1) Registration. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth registration process. Only ONE parent should accompany the students to the registration.
Date: 10 and 11 July 2025
Time: 9:00am – 12:30pm; 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Venue: School Hall & Gymnasium (LG2)
Documents/Items to bring (hard copies)
- Admission Slip & Allocation Slip issued by the Education Bureau
- Student’s HKID card (for verification purpose)
- At least two signed cheques payable to “LSCPTA” (for PTA membership and F.1 Summer Bridging Programme)
Documents to upload (digital copies)
(Please prepare the following documents in PDF, JPG, or PNG format and save them on your mobile device. These files will be uploaded directly from your device at the registration counter. Please bring your own mobile device to assist with the uploading documents)
- Copy of Student’s HKID Card
- Copy of Student’s Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Proof of Address
Items Available for Purchase (Cash Only)
- Summer P.E. uniform (approx. HK$100)
- School tie & badge (HK$30/set)
- School uniform (shirts & trousers) (at the uniform supplier counter, optional)
- PTA products (e.g. socks, bags, school bags, …) (at the PTA counter, optional)
