The College is pleased to announce that 5 graduates of the 2020 cohort have been awarded the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence for their undergraduate studies. They are:

Prizes in Chinese Writing
The re-scheduled F.1 Parent Information Seminar on 15th August 2020 afternoon and the Parent Workshop on 18th August will be cancelled due to the pandemic situation. Instead, an online F.1 orientation session for both parents and students will be held for each class by the form teachers in late August. Details will be announced in due course.

La Salle College staff and students would like to give a hearty congratulations to the 2020 graduates. Despite all the difficulties and uncertainties that no other cohort has ever had to face, they have done marvelously well.
We are pleased to announce that two of our students, Lai Ching Kei (5G) and Ma Tin Lok (5G) have been awarded the AmCham Charitable Foundation 2019/2020 Prize Book Award and the Princeton Club of Hong Kong - Book Award 2020 respectively.
The AmCham Charitable Foundation Prize Book Award is given to students in the next-to-graduating class who demonstrate excellence in scholarship with achievements in community service, leadership, and other related fields.
As for the Princeton Club of Hong Kong - Book Award, it is given to students who exemplify excellence in academic, service, and leadership excellence. Awardees need to demonstrate a high degree of academic excellence, including a strong motivation to learn and active engagement in academic pursuits inside or outside of school, in addition to a dedication to serve the local or world community as well as leadership skills in non-academic endeavours.

Congratulations to the Chinese Debating Team and thanks to their advisors Mr. Kuk, Mr. Poon, Mr. Tsang, Ms Woo, Ms Yu all old boy and parent supporters.
The BAFS Team is pleased to announce that Chan Hin Nok (5E), Chau Kei Hou Keith (5F), Kwok Pak Yin (5F), Tsang Justin Anthony (5F) and Wong Chun Him (5F) have obtained outstanding results in the HKICPA Accounting and Business Management Case Competition 2019-20. Their team was awarded as the ‘first runner-up’ of the competition and won $3,500 in cash, a trophy and certificates, and are entitled to a visit to SOGO later in the year.
Organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Competition has received a total of 507 teams with over 1,740 students from 87 schools registered for both Level 1 and Level 2 of Competition in this year.
For Level 2 of the Competition, the participating teams are required to submit a written business proposal, analyzing the prospect of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited (Stock code: 1212) and formulating a business plan to further enhance the Group’s performance. 6 teams with the best proposal will then be chosen to join the final round, where the teams would be engaged in a 15-minutes presentation and 5-minutes Q&A session. However, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19, the final round of the competition, which included a presentation and Q&A section, was held via “Zoom”.
In addition, a second team won a Certificate of Merit. The members of the second team are: Lam Tsz Chun Brian (5E), Tsui Tsz Hin Adrian (5E), Kenneth Wong (5E), Lai Yuk Ming (5G).
